Coordinates the flow of the dining room by balancing assigned tables among servers and communicates with the Dining Room Manager regarding table turns. The Communications Manager is responsible for managing and updating the club’s website, both public and private side, design and layout of all mass emails to the membership and provide general assistance to the creative department in areas including production and coordination of graphics, communications, projects, tracking reports, real estate information, and marketing.
Responsible for managing the Audio/Visual technology at the Club and running support services for events, concerts, conferences, and meetings. The position entails the management of professional-grade audio equipment and visual presentation systems such as lighting, video conferencing, PowerPoint projections, etc., and coordination with event managers to ensure that all required systems have been provided, installed, and tested.

Sorts and distributes mail daily. Signs for all incoming UPS, Fed-Ex and DHL packages and notifies the recipient. Fields all incoming phone calls and directs the caller to appropriate department/person.

Assists Sr. Golf Professionals and Directors of Golf Operations in developing, instituting, and managing member oriented programs and services. These include, but are not limited to: golf tournaments, leagues, services and a professional, upscale pro shop. Must have running tournaments experience)
Responsible for all data entry input as it relates to dissemination of cost, pricing and controls in Food Track (Food and Beverage Control System). Performs other clerical duties supporting the Culinary and Purchasing Departments as directed by Purchasing Manager and/or Executive Chef.
Cook II is a prep/production and service cook. This position requires the ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment at service time. The ability to work with sense of urgency, be a team player and understand communication between the chefs and cooks are a must.
The job entails the preparation of all food items as needed for the assigned venue, from vegetables, to meats, fish & poultry. Assists in the preparation of soups, sauces if directed. Position will involve working the line in all restaurants, whether it be garde, broiler, sauté and/or buffet, following the menu standards in a timely manner with a focus on quality.
Under the direction of the Golf Course Superintendent, supervises and participates in the maintenance of all trees on the golf courses.
Assists the Golf Course Superintendent in managing all phases of golf course maintenance. Oversees and participates in all fertility and plant protectant programs, irrigation installation and repairs.
Works with the Assistant Controller to prepare and maintain financial records. Performs general ledger account and bank statements reconciliations. Prepares journal entries and financial statements.
Provides courteous service to members and guests attending the Fitness Center/Spa while ensuring safety, providing amenities, and complying with member expectations regarding service and satisfaction.
Assists in developing, instituting, and managing member oriented programs and services. These include but are not limited to: golf tournaments, leagues, services and a professional and elegant looking pro shop. Assists members in the shop with any questions they may have.
Oversees pool activities and maintains pool cleanliness. Ensures the safety of the Club's members and guests that attend the pool and provides a warm welcome. Supervises overall maintenance of the pool.
